How to Play Baldi's Basics Game
Gameplay
Baldi's Basics starts with a student going into a school to the sound of happy music playing in the background. The goal is to find seven notebooks hidden in the classrooms. Every notebook contains math problems, which can be anything from very simple to impossible. As you solve (or fail to solve) these problems, Baldi becomes aggressive, chasing you with increasing speed and determination.
The school is anything but normal. It's full of quirky and creepy characters, such as Playtime, who will make you jump rope, and the Principal, who will punish you for running in hallways. The environment is a maze of classrooms and hallways; players have to think through movement and the use of items to survive.
